I am not crazy!
I have been feeling really bad the past few weeks now. So my husband took me to the doctor last week for what I thought was going to be an enormous waste of time. (My dr that I had seen has left the practice so I had to start over again.) The first dr I saw that day rushed out of the room after going over my symptoms and having me do the whole "dog and pony show" that they seem so fond of. Then another dr came in and introduced herself and sat down in front of me. Long story short - I AM NOT CRAZY! She talked to me and my husband about my symptoms and explained what they believe to be going on with me. She apologized to me that I had not been sent to the right drs before and had already spoke with the neuro who specializes with MS at the med center. I have an appt to be seen there and start treatment as soon as possible. This has been a light at the end of the tunnel for me right now as things have been getting worse for me with each "episode". After years of misc dx's and the brush off from so many different drs. I finally have some sense of relief.
I also want to say thank you to all of you have given words of encouragement to everyone who post and for listening to the rants and venting of all of us. It has been such as support to me and others as we try to find answers. THANK YOU!
