Long ago, around the time I was first being dx., my hands (especially in winter) would lose all feeling and turn white with a little bit of red, so I went to my internist. He said it was Reynalds(sp?). As I understand from others, I think it's one of those things that goes along with ms., although not always. I can't remember my knuckes ever swelling tho. In winter, I always carry my gloves with me. It usually relieved the pain and coldness to hold my hands under warm water a few minutes. I don't know that you have the same thing, but the symptoms sound kind of familiar. Take care, Sue
