So I dont know much about the two together. I quickly scanned the internet and of course everyone has their own opinion on what works well with the body to stay healthy and prolong future attacks. Is there any hard evidence that there are things that should be taken (vitamins, antioxidants etc) to help the immune system of an MS patient... and is there any food that should be steered away from? There is so much to read on the internet and I wouldnt buy into it, but if anyone has had personal experience with certain things I would love to hear about it. My brother was diagnosed 9 years ago when he was 17. He has always stayed in great shape and kept active involved in sports. Are there any pointers you folks could give me on things to incorporate into my life, or things to leave out?
