Hi, The last two days have been a nightmare, it started on Wednesday afternoon with a small round area just under my left breast, which was really sensitive to touch and my t-shirt seemed to be rubbing. Later on in the day I felt the same sensitivity almost directly opposite at the back. The sensitivity seemed to feel quite sore if rubbed and the areas affected became bigger as the day went on.
By evening (around 6.30pm) my chest started to feel very heavy, as though I had somthing heavy lying on top of me. By bed time the whole of my upper back was aching, tight and heavy, which was enough to keep me wakening up. T
Today, I feel a slight tightness and heavieness in my chest but not too bad, but the sensitivity at the front seems to have spread more to the left side just under my arm. I also feel very tired and my legs feel kind of weak at times.
Does anyone else have these symptoms and if so what can I do about them.

I have a party to go to tonight and really don't want to miss it and I'm not going to let these symptoms be the reason I do If I do. Any advice would greatly be recieved. Thanks.
