How has everyone been? I have been reading the posts, but haven't found much time to write. My son has croup and hasn't been feeling too well. I took him to the doctors yesterday and they put him on 3 days of oral prednisone. The doctor was explaining to me what the prednisone will do, and I was laughing inside because there are more corticosteroids being taken in my house than should be allowed. haha. I start my once a month solumedrol next week. Anxious to see if this treatment helps noticably or not. Maybe it will just work to keep new symptoms at bay. I also go up to Boston tomorrow for an MRI at this MS clinic. They apparently have special machines, or techniques that focus directly on MS. It is 2 hours long! Should be interesting. The MRI is for the study I enrolled in, so I wonder if that neuro gets a copy and I will get results too? I would hope that if they take the time and money to have an MRI, they will make it multifunctional and not just use it for the study, but use it to check my progress, or lack there of (i hope!). I am just very anxious to see what is going on inside my body... because the outside sx say it's not good... but hopefully there isn't any lesion progression... i'm happy with my 3 little ones!
