For those of you taking this drug... can you please tell me what symptoms it is prescribed to help with in MS?

I "feel like" my symptoms aren't going to go away and that this may be my "normal"... so if I can treat the sx then maybe I can feel alittle better! Thanks

Mine was prescribed for pain and spascity and I could not do without it.

I take it for the parsthesia (numbness), and I too think it is keeping me functional.

Lilc,

So you've not had any side effects with it? Like drowsiness or blurry vision? One dr.told me it's main complaint is blurred vision and my neuro said drowsiness is what he fears (for me).

spasticity, numbness, helps with my gait, I could not do without either
when I first started it, it made me real tired, but after a few days I adjusted that tiredness into my normal fatigue
as for blurry vision, I do have blurry vision but I don't think that I can attribute that to the neurontin
