I dont know what the difference is between muscle spasm and twitches. My muscles feel like they vibrate. Just for seconds but it is all over, especially my upper arms and upper legs. Feels like a vibrator on them. What is that called? lol

A muscle spasm is basically a charlie horse , the vibrating that occurs for seconds are considered twiches.

yes,,, with me it is,,, right now my muscle twitches are in my face,, my hole face is twitching and my right eye,,, the spams, i get in my legs and lower back,, and they are like charlie horses.

It sounds like Lhermitte's sign. I have the same thing right now.
