| Re: Is this how it is living w/MS?
yes, that is how i feel, or felt i should say,, i started taking some vitamins and that has helped a great deal,, i take vitamin B12, selenium, potassium, cod liver oil with vitamin A and D, vitamin C, Vitamin D and viactiv which is calcium chews. i have not been as tired and have only had 2 naps in the past 6 months,,, one was about a month ago,, and the other one was this past saturday,,, somedays my pain is just so bad,, i take a pain pill and lay down with the heating pad and fell asleep for a couple of hours. i went to an opthoneuro and she could not help me,, just told me to wear an eye patch over my good eye to try and strengthen the bad eye that has the optic nerve damage,, glasses will not help cause my eye sight changes on a daily basis.
as for ur hysterectomy,,, my sister in law had a total one in 1994,, we were 24 yrs old,,, she had endometrosis,,, she still to this day has the PMS really bad, she is worse than me,, and i have MS and periods lol we joke about it alot. i have also found out that what i used to be able to do i can not do it anymore,,, i can't work anymore,, which blows cause i miss working so bad,,, but even when i couldn't work anymore,, i would get up in the mornings and clean the house have it spic and span for the day,, and i can;t do that anymore,,, thats what got me this past saturday,, i woke up at 7:30 am,, cleaned the house spic and span within 2 hours, laundry and all,,, and i was down and out, couldn;t hardly see,, couldn;t move,, and didn;t want to be bothered. i have to go on tho cause i have a hubby and a 16 yr old they help me out alot, thank god,, i am with ur mom,, take the cell phone with u outside,, just incase,, i hope ur injuries heal up soon! and let me know what ur eye dr says.
