This is my 1st posting although I have been reading and find it so helpful. I was diagnoised in Dec after a year of craziness and and an idiot for a neurologist. I now have a great neuro who is a meber of the MS society and I trust him completly.

I am on Avonex since the end of Jan. Last month I had pain and numbeness in my legs and hadwhat felt like my hundredth MRI done. No new lesions in the brian or in my spine and the feeling disappeared as on its own within about 12 days.

Now for the last 12 days I have this pain on the side of my forearms and by my elbows. Both arms.. though not always at the same time. Some days its the right some days left some times both. No numbness, just pain.. Also hurts when I bend my arms. Now the last 3 days I have pain in my neck. Fells to me like a pulled muscle. Just wondering if this is just normal "pains" of Ms. I don't want to be one of those people that calls the doctor for every little thing. When I saw him last after the leg incident he told me that numbness and tingling were normal but muscle weakness should be brought to his attention. I am not sure if this qualifies. I also skipped my injection the last two weeks in a row and am wondering if that would effect me.

Any input would be greatly appreciated..
