any thoughts on ACTIVIA for this annoying problem

I drink Kefir it is in the natural food aisle in the grocery store, It's like drinking Yogurt, but I betcha Activia is just like it. I like Kefir because it is made w/out alot of additives, my fav is blueberry!! and it works very well for me

I actually have the opposite problem (once I was constipated) where I find myself out and in need of an instant bathroom. On my birthday last year, before my symptoms got worse, my husband and I were out for a walk and kinda far from home. All of a sudden the urge hit me and I made him run home and get the car as I sat in pain on the side of the road trying to hold it in! Embarrassing, but now most of my family know to heed my warnings! When I did have the bout of slow bowel, it helped to walk and drink coffee.

my mom has IBS and she started the Activia and she said it helped her so much,, she highly recommends it to everyone she talks to that discusses having bowel problems! i hope u try it and it works for u! good luck!

I've get this kind of thing too for the last year or so but didnt really think it was to do with MS. Thanks - it will help me do something about it. It can be quite embarrassing.
