Has anyone had high lactic acid levels in their blood ?

Doctors had said mine was high and they thought it could be from my muscles twitching, and they do twitch a lot

Just wondering

Misswings,

That can be a cause,did they do a pyruvate +lactate,this is a specific blood test and if they are high together this will cause muscle spasms.My lactate level was to low.

I hope this helps,lactate levels can be high in MS.

Thanks nuffs3 for you response!

Not sure about the pyruvate, but that would be something I should ask my Nero when I see him, all they told me was my lactic acid was high, and asked me if my muscles were sore, they have been sore for a long time.
