Hi,
I have progressive MS.
Does anyone suffer from swollen ankles and feet.
If they do what medicine are you taking for it as all my doctor says is put my feet up, as if I could sit all day with them up.

I have relapsing remitting and haven't noticed that symptom. I can't believe nobody else suffers from this but I know this illness can manifest itself in everyone so very differently. Perhaps it may be water retention or something similar. Perhaps try and keep legs up when watching TV or on the computer. I hope you find relief for this bothersome symptom.

I have ppms,the only part of my foot that swells is the bottom part below the last 3 toes.I guess the cushy part.I havn't found anything to releive it.

This has been a significant problem for me. At one point I had to sleep with my feet elevated as high as possible and developed blisters on my ankles. I purchased shoes in a large size and was in considerable pain.
I take TriamT/HCTZ. (or that's what it says on the bottle!). It is a diuretic and has helped tremendously.
I was checked for stasis dermatitis and lymph-edema as well.

yes i have progressive ms i get swollon legs and feet all the time no fun is it well we just have to muddle threw i am a very determand women so that helps me and ive told my consulant i dont want any more tabs im on enought sick of them ha ha julie
