Just released from hospital - Multiple Sclerosis Message Board

Hi all. I spent Fri and Sat night at the local community hospital. I went in due to falling down dizzyness and heavy heart palps.
Turn out they think vertigo.
Does this have anything with a pending dx of ms?????

Vertigo is sometimes a symptom of MS. I had it years ago before I was diagnosed with MS and could not leave the bed for days.

Hi, i too had this years ago, approx 6 months before i was dx. It was quite severe. I couldn't even have told you my name! I was in bed for 2 wks being sick and incohererant (sp) and lost 2 stone! I get the occasional dizzy period now but (luckily) that only last for 10-15 mins.
