After an MRI, a Radiologist reads it and sends a report to the doctor who ordered it. If you don't know, a radiologist is a doctor who just reads all kinds of X-rays, including MRI's, CT scans, and ultra-sounds. If they find something on your MRI, your doc should refer you to a neurologist. Some neuro's like to look at the MRI's themselves since they were trained to do that.
