Hi, I was wondering if Weight Loss is a symptom of MS?

Hi Mark. When I had my first attack, 2005, I was on steroidsfor 4 months. Most people gain weight with them, but I lost weight. I was obsessed with vegetables

Over the 4 months I lost 30 pounds. I haven't gained any back over time, but didn't loose any more after stopping the steroids. I do take Betaseron.

Are you taking anything that could cause this?

I WISH! LOL!

That is one symptom I could totally live with.
I usually gain weight with the Roids I get I cant ever get enough to eat. I will try to goto bed and my stomach will just growl even though I have eaten all day.
