How are you doing? are you still doing the diet stuff or have you gone off it?

Just wondering if this is a MS symptom or no. The reason I ask is i am hypothyroid (hashis i believe) and i read more often its related to that, but i wanted to ask you guys.
it's the feeling like you have low blood sugar, i get lightheaded, shaky, weak and then it fades after a while. I had it when i got this inner ear problem and my thyroid started acting bad, and now it recently came back. I'm not visibly shaking, or really even weak, just feel that way. it stinks. Anybody? Cause if not i'll just pursue it as a thyroid thing.
