just thought id check in as i have been reading lots of the other threads and wanted to let you all know how helpfull they all are.i can pick bits out of a lot of them that relate to me and how in feeling which is great.im now four weeks into my new way of living,injections,side affects and all that goes with that.i had to use the automatic injector today as i totally chickened out,i swear that the needle grew in size since last week.the weather here in Ireland has been around 18 dgres xtra hot for here for the past three weeks andim finding it difficult to tolerate.i have been going for a 40min walk early in the morning but even this is difficult at times,my muscles are very sore after even though i do stretches before and after.every day seems to be different,lots of tingling then very little,tight calves then ok,stiff neck then shoulder oh i could go on.its great to be able to have a little rant
