Hey there, I know what you mean. I don't have the dizziness anymore but I continue to have arguments with my furniture though.
I have been doig physical therapy lately and including balance work to help...and it has helped a lot. I have also done some recent research on other methods and found specific exercises in T'ai Chi:

I suggest doing balance exercises to help your muscles deal with the neurological issues. They have helped me...although it is a constant battle, I find if I don't do my exercises, the weaknesses creap back in...so stick to it.
