it would depend on what is causing it to be low...is it medication?

That is something you should be discussing with your Neuro. Im on Rebif, too- and I DO KNOW that white cell count is one of the reasons they take people off, when it plunges too low. My first 3 months on Rebif, it was really low for me, but it has straightened itself out over the past year. My doc (neuro) has me going for blood work religiously every 3 months.
I just had it done last week again, and my blood count is 7.4- Im reading it right off my lab report...it says that normal is between 4.0-10.5. So, im in good shape...do you know what yours is??
Please talk to your doctor about this. Rebif works in many ways, but the reports of white blood count issues and liver issues are out there....
