i needed some help

i have been suffering for 10 yrs and have had mris, spinal tap, muscle biopsy all kinds of blood test, emg/ncv and EEG. ALL NORMAL.

I get horrrendous spasms. My symptoms are from head to toes. so spasms happens all over. even ear lobes.
twitching (one twitch at a time or fast repetitve) all ove body
fire like buring under skin
pin sand needles
diziness
foggines in brain
sharp stabbng pain that last a few seconds but is horrible

I even have muscle spasms in throat face, jaw.
couple days ago ieven got it what seeemed like n my vocal chords hile I was talking. very scarry
with the spasms my thraot gets very tight to swallow and the bones in the front make loud clking sound when he flare up is there and throt is tight.


i even get spasms seems like in my skull!!

my question is does anyne here suffers from thraot spasms like I have described.
