Tara, abdominal pain isnt usually a side effect of Rebif, especially with you being on such a low dose at this time, but anything is possible..I know youre probably NOT looking forward to your next injection, but I would do it anyway and be prepared to see what happens...the other thing with Rebif, is it usually only starts about 3 hours after the injection and doesnt last more than 4-6 hours...so, having abdominal pains the next day would be highly unusual...
Make sure you are really hydrating on shot days...extra water in you, as much as you can get in you...and do take one aleve 1/2 hour before injection...that should do you- but if an hour or two later, you start feeling really shakey or feverish, you can take another Aleve..
Talk to your doctor if this happens again...and I am willing to bet its not related, but you never know...
