Additionally, be mindful of your ears. If you begin to have pain with them, it may not be a bad idea to see a family doctor regarding the ears. I think some of us too often (whistles, because I've been guilty of it) develop a 'symptom' and attribute it to MS entirely. In some cases, it may not be the MS causing it.
I had ear fullness/pain in my right ear, and finally broke down and went to a family doctor. They had to syringe my ear to clean it (was blocked up badly), and then I went back in a few days and was informed I had an infection in my ear canal. Yeah, it hurt terribly!
If you're consistently having issues with the ear, you may want to ask about an Ear, Nose, Throat doctor as well.
