| Re: why am i so cold all the time
Welcome to the boards.
If you have MS, your nervous system has been compromised and your "thermostat" is broken. Your nervous system helps maintain the temperature controls for your body. When nerve damage is present, you could feel too hot or even too cold.
Dress in layers, even indoors. Shed and add layers to maintain your comfort zone. I will often wear a sock cap indoors to help maintain my "thermostat". You should discuss any and all symptoms with your neurologist.
I have never had ear problems with MS. The only time I had ear problems was due to an inner ear infection and not MS.
