In Sept I had high eye pressure like 23 in each eye so the dr optho started me on Xalatan eye drops. 6 months of using I developed eye pain like dull ache in one eye. Say 3 on scale of 10.
I have been having this pain for 4-5 weeks now. Same dull ache. Dr does not believe that eye drops cause the pain. So he changed the eye drops. But the pain is still present. I have no vision loss or any vision issue.
This dull ache has been bugging me and I have schedule appt with Neuro Optho which is like 1 month away. Doing more research on eye pain I am more anxious whether this could be ON or not?
I am also on BP medicine Bystolic (again no listing of any eye issue with this one). Thanks
You have made all the right decisions so far.I would remain patient and wait for the neuro optho. If something neurological is presenting, the neuro optho should be able to advise you or refer you on to a MS specialist.
MS diagnosed since October 3, 1982
MS onset circa 1977

I have noticed a cloudy spot in my right eye---it appears white (like looking through steam) in low light/dark conditions and dark (like looking through shade) in bright conditions and is more pronounced when I am tired. It acts like a camera flash reaction that doesn't want to leave.
Knuckle- Id start a new thread if you want more comments- but this doesnt sound ON related.....sounds more like allergies- but any time your vision is affected, you should see an opthamologist. Especially with MS, you dont want to wait until something happens, but rather check it out BEFORE it does.
