Just wondering if anyone could relate to this. I have an area above my lip that feels like it has menthol on it. It feels kinda cold and tingly. It is not cold to the touch. Sometimes it spreads up my cheek and I cover it with a blanket because it feels so cold. I know it sounds kinda crazy. Does anyone know what this could be?
When the temps are 52 degrees Fahrenheit (11 degrees C) or below, I get cold spots on my hands if I am not wearing gloves. The areas start on the "pinky" side of my palm and if I do not attend to them quickly, my whole hand goes cold and numb. I do not know if this helps. For me, the gloves help, but I have also used immersion. I immerse my hands in cold water and then I will slowly warm them up. Have you tried compresses?
