I beleive you're right. They all may be stemming from the same thing. I've had to deal with migraine headaches for most of my adult life but never new why until I started having more problems and a DX of MS (in 1996) but I think my migraines existed because of a compilation of many things. I only get 2 or three a month now and have medication called midrin that usually stops it dead in its tracks.
I also have had the problem with tremors in the past but it has went away thankfully. At times I was embarassed to go out eat because my arm would wobble and I think the worst time was going to a buffet because I would have to be with others and peas would fly everywhere. Oh well, we live, learn and continue living.
I beleive stress adds a little to all problems, be it MS, laying down at night or anything else and I'm sure that not yet being diagnosed has added just a little stress to your life and I feel for your sitituation. I've been there and have had many more diffent attacks with my MS. You never know, it could all go away. Most of the damage the MS has done has pretty much healed itself with a small amount only noticeable by me and no one else. The only problem for me now is that I was recently diagnosed with cancer and undergoing chemotherapy, so the learning lesson continues!
Feel free to contact me back at any time. I have a wealth info pertaining MS, and even a little on meditation and more to curb the stress.
MY address is tblanton@cfl.rr.com if you would like to email or just reply to this
