Does anyone else fall alot? - Multiple Sclerosis Message Board

I can just be standing or walking through my home and fall.I never know when it is going to happen.It seems as though my legs just quit working all of a sudden and no matter where I'm at I fall. I just wondered if anyone else experiences this.If there is anyone else
what are you doing for it.

hi i have been falling for oh i would say going on 7 years now and like you i never know when the will hit so i have found me a little buddy.it is a canadian crutch as nothing else has seemed to help and i cant afford no more broken bones.i hope to find another way but so far i havent been able too i know that isnt much help..hope you find a answer

Hey I fall all the time. Its like my legs just don't feel like working sometimes. I've had people accuse me of being drunk for staggering or falling in public. I use a cane, but it doesn't always help. I usually try to hold on to any and all large solid objects nearby when I walk.
