It's been a while since i've been here. I'm doing ok but my daughter has been undergoing testing and had a LP on Tuesday. She has been having a horrible headache and I'm wondering how long that will last. My LP was easy and I didn't experience any of this.
Any help that you can give me is greatly appreciated.
Make sure she is resting as flat as possible. You might want to give her some caffeine. If it worsens, she might need a bloodpatch. Contact your nearest hospital or the facility that did the LP.

She has been resting and drinking caffeine. Her Dr. that did the procedure had to leave the country to visit his family in another country. There is a Dr. on call he said if she didn't feel better tomorrow to go to the emergency dept at her hospital.

Just an update on my daughter. She suffered through Christmas day because she didn't want to leave her baby. Went to ER today and had the blood patch done. Her headache is gone now just has a very sore back. Hopefully tomorrow will be a much better day. Thanks for the prayers!
