Hello,

I have RRMS and have been lately having repeated spasms in my rhomboid muscles (between shoulder blades in my back) that come on usually when I am sleeping or falling asleep. They start with a heartburn like feeling in my chest that then moves back to the spine and tightens so badly I feel like I am having a heart attack. My doctor says it is stress and they are like panic attacks and wants to prescribe antidepressants/anti-anexiety drugs. Anyone out there also have this and have any suggestions? I take betaseron.
