All over muscle pain

Is this a symptom? Bilateral pain in clavicles, neck, back...weak right arm...comes and goes. Mostly comes recently. Pain is a relatively new phenomenon for me, and I hate to always just chalk everything up to MS. Just wondering if this is a normal occurence.

Re: All over muscle pain

I have never had "all over pain", but the pains I have had have been quite excruciating and lasting for several months. It is important to be able to know whether it is MS or other. For me, the first time it happened my GP tried to help before realizing that it was MS and he could not help. For me, my left leg and gluteal region have endured the most severe pain. In those areas I use a heating pad to overstimulate the region with heat and then the pain is either gone or livable. Try cold compresses or even some pool therapy.
