Welcome to the MS board.
I think that you should get this clarified as the results suggested follow-up. Just to be sure, however, please make sure that you see the MS Specialist. If your MRI was without contrast, you might be asked to have another with and without contrast or you may be asked for another if 2-3 months pass before you can see an MS Specialist.
To me, I would want to know earlier before it became an issue. Once the symptoms start rolling through your life, you start to question you sanity as well as others who doubt your sanity. For the sake of avoiding limbo land, I would encourage you to go and get checked. You might have nothing or something entirely treatable. Sadly, some easily treated problems are dismissed and the patient might have permanent damage. Is this your case? I do not know, but I do know that I wish I had known about my disease before I had started down my career path. The fewer obstacles the better!
If you have questions, let us know!
