My first visit was made up of a lot of talking, pin pricking, and being hit with a little rubber hammer (i.e. reflex testing). My one suggestion would be to write down all of your issues and when they started, and read it to the doctor if you have to because your symptoms are a big part of the diagnosis.
I didn't have many questions for the doctor first, but then again, MS wasn't even a thought in my mind when I went to my first neuro appointment. I think you are on the right track by planning for your visit!
