Venting is good!
The good tests can indeed rule out many things, but it does not eliminate MS totally. That said, however, if a blood tests shows a deficiency for vitamin D, for example, after 4-6 months on vitamin D you should be checked again to make sure the nutrient levels are proper and to determine if you have any symptoms remaining which would leave MS as a possibility.
Many times it can be a deficiency, but not always. Your blood tests are a great first step!
