 Myotonic MD?
Hi. I've just been told that all my problems may be due to a medication, Mirapex, that I take for RLS. I've been taking the drug for many years now and all of a sudden these symptoms appeared and I was wondering what you thought. In Sept 2004, I started having full body edema, including my eyeballs... (still swelling while taking large doses of diuretics), in Oct. I started having Raynauds, I'm losing my hair, I ache really badly, I'm exhausted all the time, painful calf, high CK and Aldosterone levels, occasional low fever, I choke a lot, stiff fingers and walk into walls and drop things.....and all because of one medication? I'm really down as they have been doing blood and various tests since September? Does any of this sound familiar?
