| Sore arm
Whats up people? I'm injured my arm one day in football practice. Its not serious but its hurt pretty bad. I was doing a tackling drill and when I was tackling my teammate, his helmet fell into my upper arm very hard. It was hurting real bad and I couldn't move my arm for about 5 mins. Its like it was numb or something. I got the feeling back, but now the muscle is real sore. I can't even stretch my arm all the way out without it hurting. I don't know if its just a sore muscle in my arm or a damaged nerve. Can somebody give me some info?
