Ankle Problems
Hello everyone,

My problem is my ankle. I hurt it playing basketball about a month ago. I am not sure what the problem is with it, but if I step on my ankle the wrong way a sharp pain would start and it has been doing this ever since. My question is, should I let it heal thoroughly and apply any ice?
