My daughter now 16, since birth, has had many problems. I sent her records to an Dr. for MD once and she said look in another direction. My daughter hadn't told me about her weakness in her knees and legs. She has always had strength issues in her hands and arms though, hard time getting up off the ground, soft couch, etc. Now my daughter tells me she has had weakness all along. She is slow at telling my symptoms because she has NVLD(Autism spectrum). She has a pos speckled ANA, hyperandrogen syndrome, polycystic ovarian disease which caused her 25% too much male hormones, now she has to be watched for diabetis, tumors and cancer of the
adrenal glands. She has spina bifida OCCULTA, mild scoliosis, slip disk(spondlyothentisis), bilateral cavas feet, tight heal cords and tight hamstrings, heart murmur has been heard on 2 occasions, sever neurological problems, awareness, common sense, judgement, expressive, receptive problems, ADD, auditory processing disorder, etc. She has a twitching inside her body that makes her limbs move by themselves. Doctors think the twitching and involantary movement are in her head, just like they did for years with her pain. We've been told she could be developing Fibromylasia, Lupus or some other connective tissue disorder. I'm at a loss. Now what? Have had MRIs of spine and brain but not the brain in a few years. She's had urodynamic study, has seen tons of docs. She also has TMJ, and one side of the body quite growing after birth. Should I call the MD place again or what?
