Possible STD - Muscle Wasting

Hi,

I am suffering from Muscle Wasting this is my story:-

I caught some infection/virus from a lady in a massage parlour 3 months ago, The GUM clinic have tested for Chlamidia,Gonnorea, syphalis,HIV these are negative. I know that I have something that has entered into my scrotum sac which entred through the urethera, because it has ruined my testicles.

At week 4 of encounter I started to have muscle wasting from my legs and arms, body and it is still going on till now, I have lost about 1.5 stones. I get muscle twitching and then they get eaten up by some infection. I can feel something moving around my body making the muscles twitch and dissapear. My buttocks have virtually dissappered, my legs and arms are like nearly sticks.

My Question is:- I'm I loosing my lean body mass/muscle because of the infection/virus or because my testicles have stopped working and I low testosterone causing the mass loss.

Which blood tests should I do to identify which virus I have caught. What should I do now please help. I have this chronic twiching and something eating up of my lean body mass/muscle.

Before you say, My GP isn't helping much, He suggests anti-depressants

Regards,
