Spasticity
Hi everyone!
I am wondering if any of you get spasticity? I had thought my pain was just called tight hip flexors, until I researched more. If you do get Spasticity, what do you do for it? I have so much pain when with this condition, I just want to cry. I usually take a warm bath, or try and lay on my bed so that I am not putting pressure on my hips.
I still do not know what is wrong with me, as my next specialist appt isn't until December. Even though the MD specialist didn't think I have MD (and 3 other docs said I do) I have been looking at videos of people with walking problems, and I really seem to walk like a person with MD, but I still go backwards frequently when I am trying to walk forward, and that seems to fit with Parkinsons. I don't stoop forward like someone with Parkinsons does though.
I guess I am just having a bad day again, trying to deal with so much pain and not getting any relief.
The other day I got some great chocolate covered almond biscotti, perhaps I should should eat more of them (they might get my mind off the pain) only problem is I am trying to loose some weight. Which will win out.... diet or biscotti? Don't forget I am a girl and what do we love....
