last march i returned to cork ireland,after 3 wks hollidays in Argintina. (mar 08) end of april i had a moderate sore leg,doc sent me for a veinogram .i had DVT.WAS PUT ON WARFARIN.from then on i began to feel very tired and very ill.after 2 wks i was admitted toCUH FOR 2 WKS AND DISCHARGED IN TWO MORE.TO QUOTE."PAINS AND ALL".IN TWO MORE WKS MY SISTER AND MY SON BROUGHT ME TO cuh andi was admitted as my blood level of CPK WAS 2,500 SHOULD BE @100.I WAS NOW UNDER A NEW TEAM. RHUMATOID I TOLD THEM OF MY GUT FEELING RE WARFARIN AS I HAD AISO TOLD MY gp consultant Harney stopped warf. improved. started it again and i aimost died.i was given immuno globulin 5 days a wk for my immume system.i could not eat as could not swallow,so a tube to my tummy just awfui. could not hold up my head nor get up frm chair or bed or walk. my voice changed my phlem had tobe extracted from my throat as i cud not swallow it, no musceles worket except my heart.byoct the dreadfull heavyness in arms and neck+legs+ with psyio on throat was a bit better so they sent me to DUBLIN FOR A pet scan. RESJLT CANCER OF CERVIX.HAVE CRUSHED VERTEBREA FRM STEROIDS FOR 10 MTHS,V PAINFUL HAD 25 TREATMENTS OF RADIUM+4 OF BRACHY THEREPHY WHICH IS INTERNAL RADIUM.10TH MAY HAVE APP. FOR RESULT??AT PRESENT THE TREMORS ARE THE WORST.BUT I OWE MY LIFE TO dr Harney +her team.3 cases of derme mysotis in ireland last year.1 in wheel chair. 1 died +me trish
