I suggest the Botanical Oil because it contains jojoba and vitamin E. It comes in a one ounce bottle adn costs about $10.00. I suggest it because it is an excellent oil if one has very dry, split, peeling nails and skin. If the nails and skin are moderately dry, then one can use just the jojoba oil.
I will mix my oils depending on what I need at the time. During the summer (I live in Texas) I need moisture AND healing (the sun), so I can mix jojoba and vitamin E to condition and heal my skin. During the winter, I can mix jojoba, vitamin E and either almond oil or rice bran oil so I can get the benefits of conditioning, healing and moisturizing because my husband will turn the heater up to 80 degrees which dries me out like an old prune. On my nails, cuticles and face, I use only jojoba oil year round. I mix the oils for use on the rest of my skin.
