nail replacement - Nail Problems Message Board

my wife had a nail fungus which resulted in her big toenails being removed due to bad medical advise. now she is embarrsassed to show her feet in public. her birthday is next month and she ask me as a gift to have a cosmetic surgery on her toes. (surgically have fake nails out on) i don't want to let her down does anyone have any suggestions???? thanks

In all my many years on the nail industry, I have never heard of surgically implanting artificial nails into/onto the toes or the fingers. Teeth I have heard of, but not nails. I will ask my surgical nurse friend this weekend and see what she has to say.
