How to Sterilize Nail Clippers?

I am trying to treat a toe nail fungus, I was wondering how to sterlize my nail clippers. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!

You do not need to 'sterilize' your clippers, you only need to 'sanitize' them. Wash them with soap and water, rinse and dry them really well. Immerse them in an approved sanitizing solution such as barbacide which you sould be able to get at your local Sally Beauty Supply. Mix the sanitizing solution according to the manufacturers instructions and completely immerse the clippers in the sloution for a FULL ten minutes. Rinse them with warm water, dry them and put them in a seal container until the next use.

Mixed at 10 parts water to 1 part bleach, you would be making a quaternium sanitizing solution. Yes, this would work, but may end up rusting your clippes, so be sure to rinse the bleach solution from the clippers and dry them thorougly - you may even want to use your blow dryer to be sure they are dry before putting them in an air-tight baggie.
