| Question for Marti
Everytime I use something to try to help my nails grow better, the product seems to work for awhile, then gradually my nails go right back to the way they were. I have used several different products and this always happens. For the past year I have been using the mixture of jojoba oil, almond oil and Vit E, according to your recommendations. My major problem with my nails is peeling. This worked very good for quite awhile, and I saw the most improvement in my nails then with anything else, but all of a sudden one by one my nails started to peel again. I am being very careful not to put any hand lotion on my nails. I do use Burt's Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Creme because my cuticles are very dry, and the oils don't seem to be enough for them. I use rubber gloves any time I do dishes or clean. I also started using Nail Tek Maintenance Plus. I give myself a manicure every week. I feel like I am doing so much to make my nails healthy but nothing seems to be permanent.
Do you have any idea why products only seem to last for awhile with my nails. I thought after using this oil for a year, my nails would be very healthy.
Any ideas or suggestions?
Thanks, Laurie
