hey well sometime last week my big toe was hurting me nd i when i looked at it there was a black and blue under my nail and i know i didnt bang it or drop anything on it like a day or two later i noticed that my other big toe had the same black and blue under the nail so now i have two black and blues and no idea how i got them.....im probably being paranoid about it but id rather be safe then sorry so if anyone has any ideas on what it might be caused by i'd appreciate the help thanks

You didn't have to drop something on yoru toes for them to do this. All you had to do was wear shoes that were too tight on the big toes, or running shoes that were an improper fit.
