Smile white lines across fingernails
Hi,
I've recently discovered white lines across my fingernails on my third finger and slightly on my two index fingers. They are two bands that run parallel to the lunule. They start in the middle of the nail. I'm reading this is a protein deficiency but can't imagine since I get plenty of protein. Anyone had anything similar?

You should be getting most of your calories from protein. Are you taking any kind of vitamin supplements or calcium, etc?
