So, on two of my fingers in having an allergic reaction to my pink and white nails. it is infected all the way to the first part where my finger bends which doesnt seems like a lot but it looks bad & its only on the tops part.

I found this website that says to soak my fingers in a bowl that has 1tbs baking soda and 1cp tap water for 10-20 min. i did so, but is there anything else I can do at home? Ive been putting neosporin on it with a band aid before i did the baking soda idea....help please i need ideas {ouch}

Allergic reaction to acrylates is characterized by burning, itching nail beds and can also compromise the surrounding skin. It is also characterized by tiny blisters on the skin. Soaking in Baking soda will help to alleviate the pain although if you continue to have the acrylic applied, the symptoms will only get worse. Once we are allergic, we are allergic for life, so your best bet is to have the nails soaked off and opt for natural nail care. Continuing to have nails applied after allergic reaction can result in the permanent loss of the natural nail.
