has anyone ever used this for a nail fungus? my Doc just gave it to me today

i hope and pray That this works b/c some of the skin around my nails is peeling away. if this continues, i will look unsightly.

im also worried bc ive Read that certain nail fungi can be indicative of hiv, great....however, it seems that those affect the cuticle area. my fungus is on the sides of the nail and bottom. i hope i do not have a serious type.

What you have described is classic for a nail fungus - complete with the peeling skin. If the infection entered under the nail plate from the side of your nail, the skin may peel because the infection does not just invade the nail plate, it lives deep within the skin of the nail bed as well. Use the meds you were given according to the instructions and it should be fine.
