anyone have any good recommendations for ingrown toenails, either home remedies or store-bought products?!

I have found Gewhol Nail softener to work really well. It's not cheap for a small bottle, but is very worth it to me.

I just saw an ad for that online and was wondering how long it takes to work.
I've had an ingrown one for ages and just stupidly cut the side out , and it bled and hurts now I have to try and grown it out again. If that stuff works it would really be a blessing. I've gotten quotes of 17 or 21 dollars online but I can't seem to find it in a regular drug store.
