| Nail bed too long? Can't cut that part of the nail!
Hey all,
Looking for some help with my toe nail.
One my R big toe, I'm having some trouble cutting the nail. My nails are healthy and there's no fungal infection or anything. The only problem I have is that the toe nail can't be cut without extreme pain. When I look at the underside of the nail, it seems as if the nail bed has extended further out. It seems to being growing out with the nail.
So for the longest time, I've been trimming my nail without cutting that part off since it'll cause a lot of pain. I tried cutting as much as I can, but the nail still sticks out further than the tip of the toe.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I tried cutting it after shower when it's softer, but it still hurts.
